Located in Cost Rica’s tropical forest, the Casa Redonda astonishes by its original lines and leaves us speechless with its architecture not unlike that of a palace. Resolutely aiming to be one with nature, this sumptuous villa combines luxury with a life in sync with nature.
Casa Redonda, a surprising villa in the heart of Costa Rica
Erected at the centre of the tropical forest, not far from the city of Nosara, the Casa Redonda is an ode to the surrounding nature. Imagined so that its proprietor may enjoy this idyllic setting, this magnificent building unveils a practically spherical architecture.
Large bay windows and a multitude of windows are scattered on the villa’s walls, allowing its occupants to savour a 360° view. Surrounded by the Pacific Ocean, mountains and rivers, the Casa Redonda has a privileged location in an oasis of tranquility which will leave no one indifferent.
Thanks to its wide openings on the forest, the different rooms in the villa benefit from a natural light. Most rooms are connected across an impressive volume covering 3 floors.
A Costa Rica coloured villa
Extending over 650m2, this villa with curved lines was designed in an elegant and warm style, inspired by the traditional Costa Rican culture. Whilst the outside swimming pool borders the villa’s curves, a magnificent wrought iron archway opens the way into the lounge and dining room.
Deep colours and strong materials mix harmoniously with the Casa Redonda’s architecture and its natural environment, for a welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere.
A little higher, the eye is attracted to the dome like ceiling from which hangs an impressive chandelier. Different rooms and suites are located on the first floor, each having their private bathroom.
In addition to offering occupants the occasion to live in a unique setting, the Casa Redonda has all the comfort needed, including 3 bars and a cinema.
