The year 1998 was very special for the Henriot House. The nice weather allowed the vines to flourish. But in April, a gust of cold air came to slow their development. After that, followed an extremely hot summer and the grape harvest in September was of an exceptional quality.
The secrets of this vintage lies in the combination of the best Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. This remarkable alliance sleeps in the cool caves of the Henriot House for a minimum of twelve years to age properly, bringing out its flavours.
