The Italian ready-to-wear brand Fendi signed a partnership agreement with the Chateau group in order to develop its new residential project. The two companies hope to create a luxury residence, erected in Florida, Miami.

To assert its position within the luxury real-estate sector, Fendi partnered up with the group Chateau, co-ownership specialist, to build new residences in Miami. The two brands have for project to create luxury residences not far for the coast, for a most comfortable and pleasant living environment for its future occupants.
The Fendi Chateau Residences will be located next to the prestigious department store Bal Harbour Shops, economic and leisure activity hub home to many luxury brands. The lifestyle lauded by Fendi will not only be illustrated through its luxurious setting but also through the building’s design and that of its apartments.
Pietro Beccari, Fendi’s CEO, explains, “Fendi Chateau Residences will further consolidate our relationship with the luxury private property sector, especially when collaborating with such a partner as the Chateau group”. “It will represent the codes, history and savoir-faire which make Fendi’s singularity”, he added.

The future Fendi residences will count a grand total of 58 residences, including apartments and penthouses. Their volume will vary, some of 91 m² and others covering 198 m².
Fendi residences will be equipped with Fendi Casa furniture and Gaggenau appliances whilst the bathrooms are paved with Italian marble. Apartments will also house the building’s personnel.
Fendi Chateau Residences’ apartments should be available starting September 2016 from 5 to 22 million dollars.
