Le Pur’, gastronomy in Place Vendome

Located in the epicentre of the French capital, a few minutes away from Place Vendome known for its luxurious addresses, the Park Hyatt Vendome Palace opens the doors to a splendid restaurant, where culinary art and contemporary design blend together in a harmonious atmosphere.

The sumptuous hotel of Rue de la Paix, Park Hyatt Vendome, invites its guests and all fins gourmets to its restaurant baptised Le Pur’.

From the very first steps in the establishment, the intimate and welcoming atmosphere conquers the guests’ heart, a preview of the quality food and delicacies that will appear in front of them. The guests are led in a magnificent rotunda where the tables are laid out in a large circular movement.

In an elegant and undoubtedly contemporary peristyle, large pillars provide light and allow guests a certain privacy giving the room a sophisticated appearance.

Le Pur’, Michelin-starred restaurant

Recently rewarded with its first Michelin star, Le Pur’ offers gourmets a contemporary and refined cuisine, commending the excellency of the products used and revisiting regional recipes.

Inventivity, dynamism and savoir-faire are the key guidelines for the restaurant’s team, directed by chef Jean-Francois Rouquette. Culinary stage, the Pur’s open kitchen allows guests to look at the magic taking place in the heat of ovens and electric cookers.

Pan fried scampi with truffle angel-hair pasta, scallop with their shrimp powder roasted in spices or foie gras ravioles feature on the menu.
La Table du Chef is also available, a space welcoming up to 8 guests.

 

The Le Pur’ restaurant at Park Hyatt Vendome is open from 8pm to 10pm at number 5 rue de la Paix, in the 2nd arrondissement of Paris.
