The French luxury brand, Longchamp, will be opening a new boutique on the Champs-Elysées next November. The future Parisian store will be the brand’s biggest point of sale in Europe.
The Champs-Elysées for Longchamp
After having opened its flagship in London in autumn 2013, Langchamp will be launching in November its biggest boutique in Europe. The brand will be settling down on one of the most famous avenues of the French capital, the Champs-Elysées.
The new Longchamp boutique will be located at number 77, close to the famed fine gastronomy brands like Fouquet’s and Ladurée. Jean Cassegrain explained, “Longchamp is delighted and proud to open this store in this mythical avenue and give a new impetus to the history of our house. […] It will give a new face to the Parisian distribution and ensure a unique international reputation.”
This new address will increase the number of Parisian boutiques of the brand. For the moment, Longchamp has two other stores in the capital, one rue Saint-Honoré and the other rue du Vieux Colombier. The brand is also present in large department stores such as the Printemps and Les Galeries Lafayette.
A new Longchamp boutique
Extending over 500 square meters, Longchamp’s next point of sale will be slightly bigger than the one on Regent Street in London. There should be at least 20 employees present to advise and help out future clients.
All of the brand’s collections will be displayed, leather goods, ready-to-wear, shoes and accessories.
Currently, Longchamp’s network is made up of 275 boutiques present in 69 different countries.
