Built in 2009, the Mayavee villa is located in Thailand, not far from Phuket. This luxurious house distinguishes itself from other villas thanks to its atypical design, revealed four separate spaces.

Under its contemporary cloak, the Mayavee villa has nonetheless been designed on the basis of local houses, adopting their dominant characteristics. Forming the letter “Z”, the different blocks which compose the villa create four distinct living quarters.
The separation of the different parts which make-up the villa, reinforces the presence of Thailand culture within its structure. Furthermore, this form is as aesthetic as it is practical since this allows its proprietors to limited access to certain parts of the villa to guests. The different spaces are linked together by a large terrace.
The kitchen, dining room and reception room are common to guests and hosts.
Mayavee villa’s geometrical design
This luxurious villa in Thailand is divided in various blocks, giving it a researched and contemporary aspect. Within each room, it is possible to find strait and uncluttered lines which reflect the villa’s outward appearance.
Marble, stone, polished chrome, or wood, these are the materials used to create this villa’s majestic and luxurious appearance. The bedrooms, bathrooms and lounge are on the first floor for a more intimate atmosphere and for the villa’s occupants to enjoy the wonderful view of the Andaman Sea.
On the other hand, the swimming pool, terrace and dining room are on the ground floor, making this part of the villa a space to share and enjoy together.
