The Italian fashion brand, Miu Miu launched its new temporary store in the French capital. The address opened this spring for one year only, is devoted to the brand’s collection for women.
Miu Miu moves to Paris
Founded by the fashion designer Miuccia Prada in 1993, Miu Miu opened a temporary boutique in the heart of Paris. While the city of lights was hosting the brand’s new collections on the catwalk during the Fashion Week, Paris also became a window through which the brand will display its new collections for a year. After a year, the point of sale will close permanently.
Hence, enthusiasts of the brand will have the opportunity to browse through Miu Miu’s latest ready-to-wear collections and the accessories and jewels offered, as well as the shoes and sun glasses.
A temporary store
The Italian brand’s new pop-up store was decorated by interior designer Roberto Baciocchi. He imagined a snug and warm atmosphere that stretches over two floors and 590 square metres.
The ground floor is divided in three distinct spaces, decorated with the brand’s damask print. The second floor decor, reserved for ready-to-wear, on the other hand, has red damask walls and furniture.
The Miu Miu pup-up store will be open for a year, Place Beauvau, number 92 rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré in the 8th arrondissement.
