To celebrate the opening of its new muscovite flagship a few months ago, Vacheron Constantin imagined four exclusive timepieces that will only be available in the Moscow store; amongst them, the Traditionnelle Calibre 2253 a one of a kind model.
The Traditionnelle Calibre 2253, a unique watch
Last March, Vacheron Constantin opened its new flagship in Moscow, a country where Swiss horology is particularly appreciated. In order to celebrate this event, the renowned watch manufacturer imagined four unique models, including the Traditionnelle Calibre 2253, a limited edition of one.
Unique in the world, this model is fashioned in 950 platinum; a characteristic specific to Vacheron Constantin watches, combining savoir-faire with contemporary aesthetic codes. The sapphire crystal reveals the black opaline dial, a colour that has always been a symbol of elegance.
The case is 32 mm in diameter with a subtle note on the back indicating the rarity of this piece, N°1/1, making this piece irreplaceable. The watch also bears the prestigious Hallmark of Geneva, which guarantees its quality, precision and workmanship.
A watch Vacheron Constantin with rare and unique complications
Other than the materials used, the Traditionnelle Calibre 2253 is precious due to the number of complications inserted in its mechanism. The calibre of this piece incorporates 457 components in order to host a maximum of complications.
Endowed with an exceptional 14 days power reserve, the watch gives the time and the sunrise and sunset times for the city of Moscow. It also has a perpetual calendar and the tourbillion, a cage shaped cross of Malta, is used as for small seconds.
The Traaditionelle Calibre 2253 by Vacheron Constantin is a unique piece which is delivered with onyx and 18 carats gold cuff-links.
