Will, William Pradeleix’s first restaurant

The chef William Pradeleix opened in April his first restaurant, simply named Will. The establishment reveals a cozy and contemporary design, true to the delicious foods concocted within it.

A new culinary address recently opened in the 12th arrondissement of Paris, not far from the famous Marché d’Aligre. This new restaurant is the result of chef William Pradeleix’s initiative.

After gaining in some of the most renowned kitchens, such as in Hotel Saint Régis in Bora Bora and The Connaught in London, or in the restaurant Manger, the gastronome decided to create his own establishment.

Will has a simple interior design from which is born a friendly and elegant atmosphere. The place, presents a number of exquisite designer pieces combining modernism with tradition through original parquet floors and tiles.

Anise green touches add a joyous touch to the restaurant and a pleasing contrast with the black counters and white walls. When the weather is nice and sunny, clients are welcome to eat their meal on the terrace.




An à la carte menu at Will’s

Reflecting his rich journey in the kitchen, William Pradeleix’s menu aims to be gourmet and heterogenous. Different inspirations succeed each other and are combined within a simple but nonetheless tasty and authentic cuisine.

The recipes are original and eye catching. The presentation of each meal, simple yet aesthetic, is mouth-watering.

The chef offers a 5 course menu, including 5 starters and 4 desserts. Foie gras cooked in marinated grapefruit precedes the scallops revisited in the Pad Thai fashion and the squids stuffed with chorizo, mozzarella and panko bread crumbs.

A sweet note finishes these marvelous combinations with a pana cotta of Thai basilica, served with a freshly roasted pineapple and mango sherbet and cardamom tiles. For chocolate lovers, a chocolate entremets is available with sesame seeds, pralines and salty caramel.




The restaurant Will is located number 75 rue Crozatier, 75012 Paris, for 19 euros menus at lunch and 45 euros menus in the evening.
